With years of ERP and BI Project exposure as well as being part of large projects right from inception stage of RFP we do feel that definition of exact customer’s requirements and pain points as well as thorough evaluation of the product and the implementation vendor capabilities play a vital role in success or failure of the project. In these case we don’t pitch in with any of our solutions to protect Customer’s overall interest and act only as Project Consultant for pre tender stage

Hence for certain niche customers in the Enterprise segment who are interested in using as more of a Project consultant we do provide the following services during Pre tender stage

Pre discussion with Management to identify at a macro level the need for the new solution and their expectations by way of vision

Based on above to come out with a detailed RFP to be approved by customer Management. Choose the vendors to be shortlisted for issue of tender based on extensive prequalification of past projects, domain suitability and customer references. Coordinate the whole pre sales demo proves including workshops and product demos

On conclusion arriving at a scientific weighted average rating of all vendors based on the presentations, pricing, expected ROI, SWOT analysis of the proposals before presenting the final recommendations to the Management for choosing a solution and a vendor for implementation

We are specialized in enterprise applications such as Infor ERP LN, SyteLine, Visual ERP, Oracle JDE applications both Cloud and On premise and follow an optimized offshore-onshore model to reduce overall project cost.

Given the nature of SMB segment and the current market trends where such prospects cannot afford a full-fledged turnkey implementation we have come out different options for implementation where focus is on knowledge transfer and post go live support leaving the majority of task related to data and business process to be done by the company itself without external dependence to speed up the projects and reduce the overall Total cost of ownership. With this approach we have drastically recued the standard implementation time frame from the traditional 5-6 calendar months by around 2 months for a standard implementation without any complexities and legacy data migration

QA/Audit Documentation

We always believe that a successful implementation is not a one off activity and needs continuous feedback and close touch with customer’s team including hand holding and post go live support which is the reason for our high Customer retention rate till date.

One of the key activities as part of this confidence building exercise is to conduct an audit after completion of every year of implementation which includes

  • Proper documentation of new customisations and changes made in the software
  • Revision control, QA checks both for performance as well as functionality including user based role menu authorisations
  • Ensuring integration layers, underlying table structures are fully protected with proper authorisations
  • Existing policies are rigorously followed for back up process, DR set up, report customisations and new user training
  • New upgrades and patch management as well as principal vendor user support logins and solutions are fully documented and implemented

We have recently completed a similar exercise for a large Federal Government customer where both for rational ERP application as well as whole lot of legacy applications we completed the whole documentation, QA testing and final recommendations presentations in a record time of 12 weeks

This area is one of our key strengths given the skill sets we have in this domain and base on customer requirement apart from using standard options which come bundled with ERP application we also suggest and use various web service based middleware’s where relevant and needed to build a seamless middleware integration architecture which can be used across different ERP’s with minor changes
