Largest Retailer In Middle East wanted to take advantage of mobile technology across 55+ brands and 1500+ stores. This was to respond to the three-fourths of its customers who use their mobile phones for in-store purchases. The retailer has over 15 million members signed up for the loyalty rewards program. They wanted to provide an easier way to reward their tech savvy customers with loyalty points and attract new users. The client approached Anubavam to develop a mobile app for the loyalty program which supports both English and Arabic languages. The primary target is to offer customers the mobile app to earn and redeem points for different brands.

What We Did:

ITWare developed the mobile app for iOS and Android and came up with marketing campaigns to promote loyalty program, increase app downloads and reach users, and improve app presence in the Apple iTunes App Store and Google Play Store. The mobile loyalty app enabled customers to use the loyalty card with ease and also helps them in identifying offers, discounts and deals. The mobile app is packed with features such as GPS, Maps, check-in, and more to show the location details of all the local outlets and hours of operation.

Customers can use the virtual loyalty card for their purchases to earn points at the POS, find offers available for 55+ brands and also view the latest transactions. Members can earn reward points by using the mobile app. Members can make use of the points calculator and view the points balance. This app also reminds users on money-saving offers. App can be accessed by both members and non-members of Shukran loyalty program. Non-members can also enroll for membership through the app.
