All AC service orders for spare parts supply and repairs involving labor were entered manually,cash collected with manual receipts and then than the whole data was entered again in back office ERP leading to delays in entry, cash reconciliation and invoice generation. Now all the service staff use their android smart device to enter service orders, raise invoices, collect cash all using the smart device which are then updated back in to Infor ERP LN
In tandem with our ERP partners in India an Android field service application for air conditioning service engineers to book service orders,issue spare parts, book labor costs, print invoices & collect cash receipts including bank deposit has been developed fully integrated with back end ERP. The project is now being rolled out across Depots for local ales team to book their orders in real time which will increaseproductivity of local sales team on the filed as well as reduce the whole processing time for customer delivery & invoicing
